The Girl Next Door
Got A Passport
Here are some clips from previous projects Evelyn has worked on
Having grown up in a music-loving family, Evelyn was bound to find herself drawn into the arts. And what a world that opened up to her! Through a band formed with Evelyn and her sisters, they prepared to take the world by storm with their music. While life may have had other plans, (including an adorable niece and a devilishly handsome nephew) she still treasures every adventure they went on. From traveling as far as Ireland, to as close as their neighbors next door, and so many places in between!
Her journey took her towards the world of film and theatre upon graduation, and with that, her traveling stories continued to unfold. From an 8-hour nonstop flight turning into a 39-hour-4-country-5-stop-enterprise; to being "randomly selected" three times on the same flight that ended with an agent coming to her plane seat to look at her ticket and passport (yes, she was innocent!); and all of the road trips, flights, tubes, metros, and subways in between.
While she considers herself "retired" from the entertainment field, she is always open to dipping her toes back into the stream. She loves to tell people, "Have passport, will travel".
Life is a beautiful adventure, and the arts are how she best expresses herself. Come with her on this journey!

“Coffing has great range; her vulnerability and emotional honesty in dramatic moments and comical facility in lighter moments were spot-on. When she learns of her husband’s infidelity, all the gradations of shock and pain subtly register on her sensitive face, and when she tells him he chews in his sleep during the duet “Nobody’s Perfect,” she not only deflates her husband’s oversized ego but has the audience in stitches as well."
- Matthew Yde, Albuquerque Journal
"...exquisitely adorable, offering a tremendously expressive voice. The first act, which is almost entirely Durden and Coffing, is just delicious. In addition to the power these two actors bring individually, they also ignite a bright chemistry together...delightful in both song and acting.”
- Rob Spiegel, Talkin' Broadway
"...possess estimable improvisational ability and directly engage[s] the audience with great effect"

"Coffing is clearly affected by the sacred role [Mary] she plays. So is the audience."
